Processing Rules

Once your transaction has received the required number of confirmations and the payment has been credited, we fix the rate and the amount of payment for you;
Before the exchange, you indicate your agreement with the terms and conditions of our service, as well as the AML/KYC rules;
We do not accept funds from platforms prohibited for us. In case of identifying risks for our exchange, we may request personal information and withhold funds.

Processing Time

The processing of your payment begins immediately after we receive your payment and takes from 1 to 120 minutes during business hours. Occasionally, due to a high volume of requests, the procedure may take a little longer.
This operation is automatic and does not require any additional actions on our part;
Crediting to your account is usually instantaneous. Rarely, due to the specifics of some banks, crediting may take according to generally accepted banking rules.
