Main information about cash pickup:

• Select the city from the available list to pick up cash. If your city is not listed — we can usually arrange pickup in the required or a nearby city. Contact online support.
• After your payment is credited, a specialist will contact you on Telegram to clarify the pickup location and time.
• Pickup is done the same day or the next day. In some cities, pickup may not be available on weekends.
• To receive cash in Ukraine, you must visit the specified cash desk — the pickup code and address will be provided after payment.
• Outside Ukraine, courier delivery or pickup at a cash desk is possible (check in chat).
• The courier defines the meeting place and time, but time can be agreed upon.
• Courier delivery is not available in all cities. Delivery cost is calculated individually.
