Processing Rules

Once your transaction has received the required number of confirmations and the payment has been credited, we fix the rate and the amount of payment for you;
Before the exchange, you indicate your agreement with the terms and conditions of our service, as well as the AML/KYC rules;
We do not accept funds from platforms prohibited for us. In case of identifying risks for our exchange, we may request personal information and withhold funds.

Cash Pickup Rules

In the provided list, you need to select the city where you want to pick up cash. If your city is not on the list, please contact our online support for consultation; we are confident that we can arrange a pickup in the desired location or a nearby city.
Immediately after your payment is credited, a specialist will contact you on the provided Telegram contact to clarify the details of your cash pickup (location and time);
Pickup is usually done on the same day or the next day. In some cities, there is no pickup on weekends;
To pick up cash in Ukraine, please contact the specified cash desk. The pickup code and the address of the cash desk will be provided after you pay for the order;
Outside of Ukraine, delivery by courier or pickup at a cash desk is possible (please check with the chat).
The courier determines the place and time of the meeting, but you can agree on a time.
Delivery to your address is not available in all cities. The delivery cost is determined individually.
