Creating an exchange request

Step 1: Currency Selection and Input

Click the “Crypto” button in the top interface panel. Below, you will see fields to select a currency pair.

Step 2: Exchange Amount Calculation

From the left-hand list under “FROM”, choose the currency you want to exchange. In the “TO” field, select the currency pair.The service will automatically redirect you to the calculator page. Here, enter the amount you want to exchange. The system will automatically calculate the amount you will receive based on the entered data and the current exchange rate.Review the results and make sure they match your expectations.

Step 3: Filling Out the Request and Providing Details

Next, provide the necessary data for the exchange, including wallet address and other details.

Step 4: Request Confirmation and Agreement

Check the box confirming your agreement with the terms. Click the “EXCHANGE” button to proceed with the process.

Step 5: Receiving Funds

Once the request is processed, you will receive a notification about its status at the email address you provided earlier.
