Return Policy

The commission for the return must be indicated on the Service's website and must be available for review by all users. The return fee may be changed by the Service without notifying users, so users should periodically check the current return conditions on the Service's website.

Refunds are only possible if the user provides all the necessary data to complete the refund, including the account number and other supporting documents. If the user does not provide enough information to complete the return, the Service reserves the right to refuse the refund.

The Service is not responsible for data erroneously specified by the user for the return. If the user has provided an incorrect account number or other incorrect information, the Service will not be liable for failure to return.

In case of disputes related to the return of funds, the user and the Service will attempt to resolve the problem through negotiations. If negotiations are not successful, the dispute may be referred to the court.

To return the funds sent to the Service's account, the user must contact the Service's technical support via email. The Service guarantees that the return will be made in accordance with the rules specified in this article within 24 hours from the time the user consents to the return.

The refund can only be made to the user's account from which the assets were sent, or to the account confirmed using the user's email, in accordance with the Rules for Changing Payment Details, published on the site.

The Service undertakes to return the assets that were sent by the client to the Service's accounts only in a few cases: if the user did not receive assets from the Service to their account, if the user submitted an application by making mistakes or violating the rules of the Service, or if the Service cannot complete the exchange due to the fact that the account specified by the user turned out to be blocked, inactivated, incorrect or limited.

If, for any reason, the user wishes to cancel the application after paying for it, then the return of assets is carried out at the current exchange rate minus a percentage of the exchange amount, as well as all costs incurred by the Service when making a return, including commissions of payment systems. The Service also withholds a commission according to the tariff for the return of assets provided for in this policy. In some cases, it is possible to recalculate the commission in favor of the client (for example, due to a technical failure in the operation of the Service or force majeure).

All incoming funds that users send to the Service on demand are converted by the Service into USDT. Therefore, to make a return, a reverse exchange takes place, which entails costs and commissions. For the return of fiat currencies, there are separate conditions that the user must consider.

Refund rates, depending on the account and systеm, are as follows:

  • Perfect Money - commission 0.5%;
  • Advanced Cash - commission 1%;
  • Payeer - commission 0.5%;
  • Cryptocurrencies - commission 0.5% + commission for the withdrawal of the exchange;
  • KZT - cryptocurrency exchange commission 4%.
