Refund Conditions

Refunds are possible if the following conditions are met:
  • Providing all necessary information: In order to process a refund, the User must provide their account number and all supporting documents.
  • Insufficient information: If the User fails to provide sufficient information, the Service reserves the right to refuse the refund.

Service's Responsibility

The Service is not responsible for mistakes made by the User when providing data for the refund. If the provided data is incorrect (e.g., account number), the Service will not be liable for the failure to process the refund.

Disputed Situations

In the event of a dispute related to a refund, the Service and the User must resolve the issue through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to court.

Refund Process

How to request a refund:
  • To request a refund for funds sent to the Service's account, the User must contact technical support via email.
  • The Service guarantees to complete the refund within 24 hours after the User agrees to the refund.
Refunds can only be made to:
  • The account from which the assets were sent.
  • The account verified through the User's email.

Grounds for Refund

The Service is obligated to refund the funds in the following cases:
  • The User did not receive the assets.
  • The User made errors or violated the rules when submitting the request.
  • The Service cannot complete the exchange due to problems with the provided account (blockage, inactivity, incorrect data, or limitations).

Application Cancellation and Refund

If the User decides to cancel the request after payment, the refund will be processed at the current exchange rate, deducting the following costs:
  • A percentage of the exchange amount.
  • All expenses incurred by the Service, including payment system fees.
  • The refund fee according to the rates specified in this policy.
In some cases, such as due to technical failure, the commission may be recalculated in favor of the client.Refunds can only be made to the account from which the assets were sent or to the account verified via the User's email, in accordance with the Rules for Changing Payment Details published on the site.

Exchange and Commission

All funds received from Users are converted to USDT. A reverse exchange is used for refunds, which incurs additional costs and fees.Separate conditions apply for fiat currencies that the User must take into account.

Refund Rates

Refund rates depending on the account and system:
  • Perfect Money: 0.5% commission
  • Advanced Cash: 1% commission
  • Payeer: 0.5% commission
  • Cryptocurrencies: 1.8% commission + exchange withdrawal fee
  • KZT: 4% cryptocurrency exchange fee
