Processing Rules

• Once your transaction has received the required number of confirmations and the payment has been credited, we fix the rate and the amount of payment for you;
• Before the exchange, you indicate your agreement with the terms and conditions of our service, as well as the AML/KYC rules;
• We do not accept funds from platforms prohibited for us. In case of identifying risks for our exchange, we may request personal information and withhold funds.

Processing Time

• The processing of your payment begins immediately after we receive your payment and takes from 1 to 90 minutes during business hours. Occasionally, due to a high volume of requests, the procedure may take a little longer.
• This operation is manual and requires our intervention to process the payment;

• Crediting to your account is usually instant. Rarely, due to the specifics of some banks, crediting may take according to generally accepted banking rules.
